Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Salad

16 oz. broccoli (Coleslaw package about 5 1/2 cups dry)
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup mandarin orange (segments packed in juice or light syrup, drained and chopped)
1 cup chopped scallions
12 oz. skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
3/4 cup sesame ginger dressing (newman's lighten up)

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine slaw, water chestnuts, orange segments, scallions, and chicken. Mix well.

  2. Top with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
