Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Salad

10 oz romaine lettuce
2 c shredded chicken
15 oz mandarin oranges, well drained
1/4 c almonds, sliced
1/2 c chow mein noodles
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/3 c olive oil
1/4 c rice vinegar
2 T sugar
1 T orange marmalade
1 t soy sauce, reduced sodium

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Salad

  1. Chop lettuce into bite size pieces

  2. Add the rest of the ingrdients and toss to mix well

  3. Make the dressing

  4. Pour over salad

  5. Toss to mix well and serve
