A great salad for parties and summer dinners. To make a lower fat version, either reduce the amount of oil used, or find a tasty fat free or low fat oriental salad dressing that you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Salad

32 oz shredded cabbage
3 green onions
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tbsp Orange Juice
12 oz chicken breast
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Salad

Add sugar, soy sauce, 1 top ramen oriental seasoning packet (not seasoned salt!), sesame oil, orange juice, and rice vinegar to a tupperware dish. Cover and shake to combine. Add all other ingredients to a bowl, cover with dressing and toss well to combine. Let sit for at least one hour or overnight.
