Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Salad

1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ginger
2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast
4 cups napa cabbage
4 cups red cabbage
2 cups bok choy
1 cup carrots
1 cup mixed salad greens
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup Bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Salad

  1. Mix together the soy sauce brown sugar and ginger - pour into a ziplock bag and marinate the chicken for an hour or more. (approx 2 breasts)

  2. Grill the chicken.

  3. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients (through sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.

  4. Julienne the cabbages, bok choy and carrots (approx 2 carrots, 2 bok choys and half a head of each of the cabbages)

  5. Julienne the chicken

  6. Mix everything together, garnishing with bean sprouts and fried rice noodles.
