Chicken with noodles, mushrooms & pimento

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese chicken

2 cups chopped chicken breast
2 cups g) Chicken Broth
4 tablespoons pimento
4 oz. mushroom pieces
8 oz. egg noodles
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/4 oz slivered almonds
1 tablespoon Spreadable Butter

Recipe Directions for Chinese chicken

Preheat oven to 350. Melt light butter and toast almonds in oven. Mix chicken, mushrooms and pimento. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add noodles to chicken mixture. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Bring broth to a boil. Stir in flour and continue stirring until broth thickens. Pour over chicken noodle mixture. Top with toasted almonds. Bake uncovered until bubbly - 30 - 45 minutes.
