Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken

1 onion, small
1 clove garlic
15 ml oil
150 g chicken, thinly sliced
2 1/2 ml ginger, ground
15 ml soy sauce
2 1/2 ml brown sugar
100 g bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken

  1. Fry onion and garlic in oil until soft.

  2. Add chicken, soy sauce, ginger and sugar.

  3. Stir fry for approx 3 minutes.

  4. Add the beansprouts and cook for a further 2 minutes.
