Chicken with ginger, soy sauce, onion, broccoli and carrots.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken

0.66 kg chicken, boneless skinless
4 cups broccoli
3 carrots
1/4 onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, powdered
3 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cube Knorr beef bouillon

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken

Steam broccoli and carrots. Saute garlic and onion in a frying pan with cooking spray. Add chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until no longer pink. Add ginger and soy sauce, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cube beef bouillon. Stir in flour. Remove from heat and toss with broccoli and carrots. Eat over brown rice.
