Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Kebabs

6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Kebabs

Butterfly breasts. Marinate in garlic, worchestershire, and soy for several hours. Cut meat in 12 cubes. Cut onion and peppers in squares. Thread on a bamboo skewer: pepper, chicken, onion and repeat 3 times. Drizzle sesame oil, and a dash more of soy over kebabs. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and let marinate a few more minures. Grill on a table top grill or over charcoal. Makes 4 kebabs, serves 2 over rice.
