Very rich dish, high in fat. Probably should be served as a side dish, not as the main course. Easy to make. Feel those arteries clog up!!

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Casserole

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 cups chicken, cooked & diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 1/2 oz pimento
8 oz chow mein noodles
1 can waterchestnuts
6 oz condensed milk
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Casserole

  1. Saute onion and celery in oil until soft.

  2. Add to all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
