My version of Chinese take away of the same name

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken and Broccoli

0.6 cup,+chopped+or+diced Chicken
1 cup Broccoli, Cooked
1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken and Broccoli

  1. Steam Broccoli firm

  2. Crush Garlic and slice carrot thin

  3. Heat wok/saute pan, add oil

  4. Add crushed garlic and blend into oil

  5. Add thinly sliced chicken breast pieces and cook well

  6. Add thinly sliced carrot and continue cooking

  7. Add broccoli to pan, add soy sauce and toss.

  8. Add a little water and cover for a few minutes

  9. Toss and move the ingredients aside; blend in the cornstarch and toss

  10. Cover and let it settle.
