Similar to lettuce wraps, but uses tortillas.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Burritos

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups broccoli, chopped (or 1 bag of broccoli slaw)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
8 tortillas
1 onion
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Chinese Burritos

  1. Ground beef and add chopped onions, worcester sauce and garlic.

  2. Saute until cooked.

  3. Add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, water, broccoli slaw, musrooms.

  4. Allow to simmer and cook.

  5. Serve on tortillas, top with hoisin sauce.
