Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Bun

3 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/4 c water
7 g yeast
1/4 cup green onion
10 g extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chinese Bun

Mix Flour , water, yeast and rest. It will grow two times. Mix green onion and extra virgin olive oil and make buns, Six servings. Then steam to desired level. Eat with sauce.
