Easy chinese beef, serve with rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Beef

1 lb top round steak
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1/2 medium White Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Chinese Beef

Slice beef into thin strips, chop onion, slice green pepper, dice tomato. In hot skillet or wok, add oil, beef and onion, cook about 5 min. Add green peppers and beef broth, simmer 10 minutes, until peppers are softened. Mix soy sauce with corn starch in small bowl. Add tomatoes to skillet, add soy sauce mixture. Stir consistantly until thickened. Serve over rice.
