This is a generous serving of chimichurri sauce, which can be used on flank steak, chicken, roasted or steamed veggies, blended with tahini and lemon to make a wonderful dressing, blended into guacamole for a little flair - the sky is the limit.

1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs red wine vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
2 tbs water
1/2 tsp salt
