Argentinian sauce for steaks, chicken, and salad. Excellent on spinach as a dressing. 1 Serving = 2 tbsp.

Recipe Ingredients for Chimichurri Sauce, Homemade

2/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp Fresh Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Onions
1 tsp Dried Oregano

Recipe Directions for Chimichurri Sauce, Homemade

Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse 5 or 6 times until well chopped and blended. Should be a bit chunky. Juice from 1/2 lime can be a nice addition as well, and to reduce calories, use more vinegar and less oil. Chill and serve on salad, steak, or chicken.
