This is the Ecuadorian version of Chimicurri and it goes great with steak and even as a spead.

Recipe Ingredients for Chimichurri

1/2 cup cilantro
1 cup basil
1 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Chimichurri

In food processor mix all ingredients except for the oil, add oil little by little as if you are making mayo.
