1 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 oz stale bread
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

  1. Combined all ingredients except oil & vinegar in food processor.

  2. Slowly add oil & vinegar as pulsing food processor.
