Wrap with chili con carne and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Chilli Wraps

300 g minced beef
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
400 g red kidney beans, canned
400 g tomatoes, canned and diced
1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
1 cup Rice
4 Tortillas, 8 Inch

Recipe Directions for Chilli Wraps

  1. Prepare vegetables and fry onion and garlic until softened.

  2. Add the beef and brown.

  3. Add the Fajita seasoning, stir it well into the mix.

  4. Add the kidney beans and tomatoes. Stir.

  5. Cook the rice.

  6. Add the bell pepper and let simmer while rice cooks.

  7. Serve, wrap, eat.
