1 medium eggplant
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 yellow squash
5 oz mushrooms
14 oz tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tspn chili powder

Recipe Directions for Chilli Veggies

  1. saute onions and garlic

  2. add tomatoes and chicken broth and all remaining ingredients

  3. simmer until ready
