Recipe Ingredients for Chilli with Turkey Mince

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup onion
1 cup bell pepper
575 g minced turkey
175 g tomato puree
200 ml chicken stock
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
480 g kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Chilli with Turkey Mince

  1. heat oil & fry onion, pepper, beef & garlic for 5 mins

  2. add tom puree, stock, cumin, cayenne pepper, chilli, oregano & salt

  3. reduce heat & cook for 15 mins

  4. stir in drained beans & heat for 5 mins.
