Recipe Ingredients for Chilli Tuna Baked Potatoes

3 large Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
250 g tinned tuna
50 g red onion
30 g cucumber
90 g sweet chilli sauce

Recipe Directions for Chilli Tuna Baked Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes on a rack microwave on high for 20 minutes turning midway

  2. Drain and flake tuna into mixing bowl

  3. Finely dice cucumber and onion add to tuna

  4. Add chilli sauce and mix well

  5. Half the potatoes fluff and top with tuna mix
