Stir Fried Beef & Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Chilli Stir Fry Beef

450 g beef
1 oz fresh chili
30 g ginger root
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
2 carrots
1 stalk broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chilli Stir Fry Beef

  1. Marinate Beef Strips in soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes and chopped ginger for up to 2 hours.

  2. Stir fry beef, remove from pan.

  3. Add sliced vegetables of choice, briefly cook then add beef back to pan to combine.

  4. Serve with steamed brown rice.
