Recipe Ingredients for Chilli Soup

1 lb ground beef
2 tsp olive oil
1 3/4 cup beef broth
31 oz kidney beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 1/4 cups tomato, crushed, canned
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp dried oregano
8 tsp chili powder
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp lemon
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chilli Soup

  1. Also, add cilantro to the list, 1/4 cup chopped.

  2. Beans are "Red Kidney" light red type. I used Nature's Promise organic.

  3. add oil to pot and add mashed garlic, then peppers, onions, cilantro, tomato paste to medium heat oil and stir well. Meanwhile, season ground meat with salt, pepper, oregano, adobo seasoning, chili power and garlic. Add beans to the pot and stir. Add ground meat to the pot and let it cook well at medium heat. then add the cold water or beef broth and the rest of the seasoning.
