Recipe Ingredients for chilli red pepper and bean soup

1 onion
400 g chopped tomatoes
400 g kidney beans
700 ml water
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
10 g chopped red chilli
1 red pepper
2 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for chilli red pepper and bean soup

fry onion and garlic in oil, add pepper and chilli pepper. add all other ingredients together with two vegetable stock cubes. bring to the boil and simmer for 30-45mins. blend to smooth.
