Lean steak mince, home made chilli sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chilli points free

1 cup sweet corn
1 cup red kidney beans
500 grams lean ground beef
2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 yellow pepper
2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chilli points free

  1. brown the mince, drain the fat

  2. add chopped mushrooms and sliced pepper, fry till soften

  3. add tin of sweet corn

  4. add tin of red kidney beans

  5. add freshly ground black pepper

  6. add salt to taste

  7. add 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander

  8. add 1/2 tsp ground cloves

  9. add chopped tomatoes and water

  10. leave to cook through for 30 minutes.
