Recipe Ingredients for Chilli jam

250 grams Red Raw Chillies
27 oz Cider Vinegar
1330 grams Jam sugar

Recipe Directions for Chilli jam

put jam sugar and cider vinegar in a pot to slowly dissolve. No stirring. Pulse the chilli (deseeded) in a food processor and add to mixture in the pot. Bring to a rollicking boil for ten minutes, then remove from heat and let settle in the pot for 45 mins. DIsperse into jars and stir at this stage only.
