2 Tbsp olive oil 2 med onions 1 lb ground beef (96%) 2 cans (14.5 oz) tomatoes (chili ready, low sodium) 2 cups of V8 low sodium juice 2 cans (14.5 oz) dark red kidney beans

16 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
28 oz Tomatoes
25 grams Olive Oil
225 grams Onions
16 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
500 grams Select Dark Red Kidney Beans

Recipe Directions for Chilli home-made

Use Dutch oven (cast iron) pot. Sautee onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add everything except beans and slow cook it for 1 hr. Blend. Then add a bay leaf and rinced beans. Cook for another 20 minutes. Enjoy.
