250 grams Beef
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 clove Garlic
15 grams Chilli
440 grams Tomatoes
200 grams Beans Kidney Dark Red
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Chilli Con Carne

  1. Brown the minced beef in pan, then add in the chopped onion, chilli and garlic, cook until translucent.

  2. Add in the chopped tomatoes, passata and beans, season with salt, pepper and sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
