Chilli Con Carne Recipe

I actually used the mild chilli sauce for this but you could use either. Use the leanest beef you can to keep cals down. A large portion with few cals, yummy. Just add rice or a chunk of crusty bread if you need it.

Recipe Ingredients for Chilli con carne

100 g Beef
250 grams Carrots
110 grams Mushrooms
100 grams Celery
1 small Onions
570 grams Hot Chilli Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chilli con carne

  1. Chop all the veg nice and small (too taste)

  2. Put in pan with the mince and gently fry until mince cooked and veg starting to soften.

  3. Add Sauce and simmer for 20 mins or until veg softened.

  4. Serve with rice or crusty bread & enjoy.
