Recipe Ingredients for Chilli con carne

500 grams Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Carrots
450 grams Italian Style Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Kidney Beans Dark Red
1 1/2 cup Mixed Beans
0.33 jar Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chilli con carne

  1. Brown beef mince, then drain off excess fat

  2. Sweat down onion in residual fat, add peppers & cook ~ 2 mins.

  3. Add beef mince back in & stir in seasoning & carrot (grated)

  4. Add tinned tomatoes & beans, bring to the boil then simmer for ~ 20 mins
