Recipe Ingredients for CHILLI CON CARNE (quorn & chick peas)

500 grams Quorn Mince
0.801 oz Onions
3.3 oz Carrots
2.3 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
10 oz BRANSTON chick peas
30 grams Tomato Puree (Tesco) 15g=1tbspn
15 grams Garlic Puree (GIA)
5 grams Curry Powder
2 fl. oz Lea
1 grams Chilli Powder
400 grams Tomatoes Tinned (Tesco)
12 grams Sauce Mix
1.5 grams Vegetable Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for CHILLI CON CARNE (quorn & chick peas)

  1. fry chopped onion in (1 cal spray), add the rest of the chopped veg tinned chick peas and grated carrot. Add the spices, wocestershire sauce puree's and packet of chilli mix.

  2. simmer for about 15-20 mins.

  3. Serve on a bed of rice.
