Recipe Ingredients for Chilli Bean

280 g chick peas
280 g red kidney beans
400 g tinned tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
4 oz cheese
2 oz yoghurt

Recipe Directions for Chilli Bean

  1. Fry the onion in the olive oil

  2. add tinned tomatoes

  3. add beans and spices

  4. salt and pepper to taste and cook for 20 mins

  5. serve with yoghurt and cheese ontop

  6. accompany with salad, rice of tortillas
