Recipe Ingredients for Chilled Yogurt Summber Soup

1 leek, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
700 g cucumbers
1/2 avocado
2 cups Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt
1/2 cup dill

Recipe Directions for Chilled Yogurt Summber Soup

  1. Coarsely chop pale part of leek

  2. Saute in olive oil until tender

  3. add sea salt and let cool

  4. add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth

  5. Chill for at least 1.5 hours
