Recipe Ingredients for Chilled Strawberrry Soup

16 oz strawberries
2 cups half and half
1 1/4 cup light sour cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chilled Strawberrry Soup

  1. Process strawberries in a blender until smooty, scraping sides as necessary. Pour into large bowl.

  2. Whisk in half and half and remaining ingredients.

  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.

  4. Stir just before serving.
