Recipe Ingredients for Chilled Green Gazpacho

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp table salt
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 medium scallions
3/4 cup low sodium vegetable broth
1 cup green grapes
1 cup celery
1 cup cucumbers
2 cup romaine lettuce
