Recipe Ingredients for Chilled Greek Orzo

16 oz orzo
1 english cucumber
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
20 large black olives
8 oz italian dressing, reduced fat
2 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chilled Greek Orzo

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions

  2. While pasta is cooking, chop cucumber into bite sized pieces.

  3. Cut olives in quarters

  4. Mix pasta, cucumber, cheese, olives and dressing and chill.

  5. Serve with chopped tomatoes
