Recipe Ingredients for Chilled Bloody Mary Soup

6 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 medium Red Bell Pepper
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 clove Garlic
1 medium raw Onion Red
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Teaspoon Juice
4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Primordial Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp Hot Sauce Louisiana
4 teaspoon Grated Horseradish

Recipe Directions for Chilled Bloody Mary Soup

  2. 1) Cut vegetables, garlic & onions into large chunks & puree in batches in a blender or food processor, adding some of the olive oil to each bacth.

  3. 2) Strain trhough a sieve into a large bowl to remove skins & seeds (if you want too - I like them).

  4. 3) Add lime juice, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tabasco, horseradish & (vodka) to taste.

  5. 4) Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

  6. 5) add 1/4 cup crabmeat (per serving) if you like & grate addiional fresh horseradish over sservice if you like.
