When ordering, get Dressing on the side and remove the Pineapple and cranberries!

Recipe Ingredients for Chili's Carribean Salad

4 ounce Chicken Breast, grilled
1 cup Romain lettuce, chopped
1/8 cup Mandarin Orange slices
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Cilantro
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chili's Carribean Salad

  1. Mix salad ingredients together.

  2. Mix ingredients for dressing but do not add to salad.

  3. When eating, leave dressing on the side and use the "fork dip" method (dip fork in dressing then pick up food).

  4. NOTE: could not get recipe analyzer to include the dried cranberries/ dried cherries properly.

  5. 1/8 cup is 81 calories. Add this to calorie count for salad unless you didn't eat them.
