Recipe Ingredients for Chilils Boneless Buffalo Wings - With Broiled Chicken

2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cup skim milk
8 ounce boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon margarine

Recipe Directions for Chilils Boneless Buffalo Wings - With Broiled Chicken

  1. Cube chicken.

  2. Combine all ingreidents in a plastic bag.

  3. Marinate 2-4 hours.

  4. Bake for 30-45 minutes.

  5. Serve with low-cal, low-fat ranch and celery.

  6. Or toss with a salad.
