Recipe Ingredients for Chilies Rellenos

1 1/2 cup egg substitute
4 oz green chiles, diced
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
4 cups shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Chilies Rellenos

  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Pour mixture into muffin mold, filling 12 muffins.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, checking after 20 minutes. Eggs should puff up, brown, and raise above the top of the mold.
