Recipe Ingredients for Chilied Flank Steak

1 3/4 lb flank steak
5 1/2 oz tomato juice
1/3 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c canola oil
4 T brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 T chili powder
1 T ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Chilied Flank Steak

  1. Marinate the flank steak with the rest of the ingredients for 24 hours. Take out of fridge 30 min before grilling. Grill to liking.

  2. Take remaining marinade, put in saucepan. Bring to boil for one minute then strain. Serve sauce over steak.

  3. We like to serve with roasted asparagus or steamed broccoli.
