A spicy delicious vegetarian chili

Recipe Ingredients for Chilie, Vegetarian, Dannie's done in slow cooker

1 serving Onion
1 serving Onion
2 1tsp Olive Oil
15 clove Garlic
832 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
424 grams Eggplant
6 cup Beans Red Kidney
680 mL Hunt's Thick
680 mL Hunt's Thick
680 mL Hunt's Thick

Recipe Directions for Chilie, Vegetarian, Dannie's done in slow cooker

  1. Dice onions , garlic, zucchini, eggplant.

  2. In large slow cooker, on high setting, pour in oil and place onions and garlic first.

  3. When cooker gets hot let onions cook till translucent

  4. Put in rest of veggies including beans and cook on high for about 1 hour.

  5. Turn the heat down to low and put in spagetti sauce.

  6. Cook for 8 hours on low.

  7. This dish freezes well. Makes 18 servings.
