Recipe Ingredients for chilie Boh

500 g dried chillies
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic,diced
1 tbsp cooking oil

Recipe Directions for chilie Boh

  1. Cut the chillies into diagonal (slanted) strips so the seeds are easier to come out. Wash them off, and soak for a little while.

  2. Drain the water and boil the chillies inside a pot of new clear water until slightly tender.

  3. Put the chillies together with onion, garlic and oil. Add just a cup of water from the previous step. Now blend away.

  4. Pour the paste into a decent container, store it in the fridge and voila! You?ve got yourself nice homemade cili boh that will last for a month.
