Recipe Ingredients for Chili without beans

16 oz lean ground beef (Recommend 96/4)
15 oz tomatoes (Recommend fire roasted)
2 tbsp jalapenos, diced
1/2 c onion, diced
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 c chicken stock
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Chili without beans

Dice onions, pepper, garlic and jalapenos. Brown extra lean ground beef in medium pot with onions and green pepper. Drain. Add garlic, jalapeno, tomatoes, chicken stock and seasonings. Simmer until veggies are tender. Adjust seasonings to taste.
