White Bean and CHicken Chili with TVP as sunbstitute

Recipe Ingredients for Chili-White Bean and TVP chili

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Onions
1 serving Garlic Cloves
1 cup TVP
1 tsp Salt, Table
6 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1 tbsp Fennel Seed
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
30 oz Butter Beans ' Large
16 oz Chard, Swiss
1 1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 cup Chicken Stock
1/4 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 dash Pepper, Black
50 grams Parmesan 100% Grated
1/4 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Chili-White Bean and TVP chili

In a large heavy saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add oinion. and cook about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add (ground chicken) reconsitituted TVP, 1tsp salt, cumin, fennel seeds, oregano, and chili powder. Cook stiring frequently. Stir in flour add neans, swiss chard, and chicken stock. Bring misture to a simmer, sccraping up brown bits that cling tobottm of pan. Simmer for 55-60 minutes intil the liquid had reduced by about half and the chili had thickened. Add the red pepper flakes and simmer another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. DSprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chooped parsley
