1 pound green chiles
8 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
3 cups chicken stock
1 pound tomatillos
1 yellow onion
1 tablespoon oil

  1. roast chiles and remove skin

  2. chop chiles, garlic, onion and tomatillos

  3. saute onionsin oil adding garlic when onioun is mostly done

  4. add broth and meat, simmer until ready
