1 onion
2 stalks celery
16 tbsp sour cream
4 ounce corn chips
1 lb hamburger
8 oz diced tomatoes
1/4 green pepper
1/2 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 head of lettuce

Recipe Directions for Chili Taco Salad

  1. Brown hamburger

  2. Add chopped onion, celery, tomatoes, green peppers

  3. Add Chili Beans

  4. Simmer

  5. Serve over lettuce and corn chips

  6. Dallop sour cream
