Cod, boston bluefish, turbot, pickerel/walleye, northern pick, lake whitefish can be substituted

Recipe Ingredients for Chili - Seafood

4 haddock fillets
1 tblsp butter
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minched
540 ml tomatoes
398 ml red kidney beans
1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 c water
2 tblsp parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili - Seafood

Partially thaw fillets if frozen, cut in 1" pcs. Saute onions, celery, green pepper, grlic in melted butter until tenfder. Add remaining ingredients, except fish. Cover and simmer slowly for 30 minutes or until thickened. Add fish, cover and simmer 7 min or until flesh is opaque and flakes.
