Low carb pork for the slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for chili rubbed pork

48 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
4 oz Green Chiles
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for chili rubbed pork

combine all but the pork in a small bowl. rub all over the pork roast. cook in slow cooker for 4-5 hours on low. lift roast out of the cooker and shred the meat. transfer meat back to the sauce in the cooker and heat through.
