My mother's version of chili mac without box.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili Roni - 6 servings

1 lb lean ground beef
16 oz Whole Wheat Elbows (oz)
1 can tomato paste
5 tbl chili powder
2 tbl minced garlic
1 tbl salt
1 tbl pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili Roni - 6 servings

Brown ground beef, drain. Add tomato paste and 2 to 3 cans water. Blend well. Add spices and set to simmer. In another pan boil enough water to cook the noodles. When water is boiling add noodles and cook according to package. When noodles are cooked mix in the sauce and blend well.
